Data Deletion and Retention- You have an option to delete your account by visiting your profile and settings on our Platform , this action would result in you losing all information related to your account. We may in event of any pending grievance, claims, pending shipments or any other services we may refuse or delay deletion of the account. Once the account is deleted, you will lose access to the account. We retain your personal data information for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse or for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to retain your data in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes.

Demo Classes
EduSpark Kids द्वारा 3 Demo Classes प्रदान की जाती हैं, जिससे parents और students हमारी teaching quality और approach को समझ सकें।
Payment Policy
Demo classes के बाद ही admission confirm किया जाता है।
Parent की satisfaction के बाद ही paid classes शुरू होती हैं।
Refund Policy
Demo के बाद:
यदि आप demo classes के बाद आगे continue नहीं करना चाहते हैं, तो कोई payment नहीं लिया जाएगा।
Admission के बाद (Paid Classes):
➤ 3 दिनों के अंदर cancellation:
70% refund प्रदान किया जाएगा
(30% tutor एवं administrative charges के रूप में काटे जाएंगे)
➤ 4 से 7 दिनों के अंदर cancellation:
50% refund प्रदान किया जाएगा
➤ 7 दिनों के बाद:
कोई refund प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा
Important Notes
– Refund केवल valid reason के आधार पर ही applicable होगा
– Demo classes पर कोई refund लागू नहीं होगा
– यह policy सभी students एवं parents पर समान रूप से लागू होगी
