REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

As our services involve time, scheduling, and dedicated educators, our return and refund policy is structured differently from a standard physical product store. Please read our policy carefully before enrolling in our learning plans.

1. Free Demo Classes

We offer a Free Demo Class to help students and parents experience our teaching methodology before committing. Because this class is provided entirely free of charge, no refunds or financial claims are applicable to demo sessions.

2. Cancellation and Refund of Learning Plans

If you enroll your child in a paid learning plan and wish to cancel, the following terms apply:

  • Before Classes Begin: If you pay for a monthly or long-term plan and request a cancellation before the first scheduled paid class, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees).

  • After Classes Begin (Pro-Rata Refund): If you wish to discontinue our services midway through a billing cycle or plan, you must notify us at least [e.g., 7 days] in advance. We will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused classes remaining in your plan.

  • Completed Classes: We do not issue refunds for classes that have already been conducted and attended by the student.

3. Student No-Shows & Missed Classes

Consistency is key to concept-based learning.

  • If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, parents must notify the tutor or our administrative team at least [e.g., 4 hours] in advance.

  • If proper prior notice is given, we will do our best to arrange a rescheduled or make-up class.

  • If a student misses a class without prior notice (a “no-show”), that class will be marked as completed, and no refund or make-up class will be provided.

4. Tutor Cancellations

In the rare event that an EduSpark Kids teacher is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to an emergency or technical issue:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.

  • A make-up class will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

  • If a make-up class cannot be arranged, that specific class’s fee will be credited to your next month’s billing or refunded.

5. Digital Resources & Materials

If your learning plan includes downloadable digital resources, worksheets, or study materials, these are strictly non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, as digital goods cannot be returned.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at eduspark.kids.official@gmail.com.

  2. Include the student’s name, the enrolled plan, and the reason for cancellation.

  3. Our team will review your request within [e.g., 2-3 business days].

  4. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow [e.g., 5-7 business days] for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
